Staff is unfriendly. No greetings. I am unable to have a conversation with them. Night shift staff forgotten my breakfast voucher for my first stay on 6 May. I got the superior A which cost me double price of what I am paying now.

Read a lot negative reviews prior to booking but surprisingly we did not experience the noise issue coming from the disco on top. The facility is under some renovations but the staffs are very accommodating and extremely nice and helpful. Close to just about everything.

Great location, massage, body treatment, and famous chinese restaurant are nearby. Easy access to city center, staffs were super helpful when assisting me with transportation, attraction place.

Location is very good, a lot of good restaurants within walking distance, very good and cheap laundry service on opsite side of the hotel

Breakfast need to improve, more food varieties. But it is hard because there are not a lot of customers ,and restaurant staff has only one server who did everything , so it is not easy for her to treat customers friendlier. ( I guessed).
